There are many types systems that can predict waiting times and queue lengths. First Out (FIFO) algorithm works like principle, where first customer arrive served first. To mitigate negative effects waiting, managers have implemented solutions, such as informing customers wait length, reducing time, offering entertainment television during wait. Service operations continually strive reduce enhance satisfaction, which be achieved through real time reduction or improvement in experience. This study presents simulation mobile-based bank teller application managing times. built using back-end cloud computing based on FIFO algorithm. It shown proposed efficient contributes workflow process.
